You Have 25550 Days On This Planet

The average lifespan in human beings is 25550 days

Successful people in life understand that life is short and every day counts.

People who aren’t successful sit around and waste days like they are limitless.

How are you spending your time?  Are you investing time out of your day to ensure a fantastic future?

Whether your goal is success, mental health, or anything else worth having on this planet it takes work.

If we have 25550 days on this planet don’t you think it would be wise to take the next 365 (one year) to improve your life dramatically?

Perhaps you would rather let the years pass by and be stuck in the same spot a decade from now?

What do you wan’t more than anything else?

average lifespan

How important is a quality relationship to you?

If you are single, are you putting time into bettering yourself, or are you sitting around miserable that you can’t find anyone?

You should be making yourself into ‘the person that the person you are looking for is looking for.’

For those of you in a relationship, do you prioritize your partner?

Putting a little bit of time into my relationship everyday has made a huge difference in my life.

Things as small as texting your partner randomly, or making them breakfast can cause big changes.

When you are in a fantastic relationship you can move mountains.  Just thinking of my girlfriend can make me smile on the darkest of days.

Remember the average lifespan is only 25550 days…

How important is your body to you?

Do you struggle with self esteem issues?  Are you self conscious about your body?

If you answered yes, I want to ask you, what you are doing to change that?

I personally know so many people who complain about their bodies, yet their diet and exercise is far from proper.

Cheat meals are abundant and the time spent in the gym is minimal.

Unfortunately you won’t look fit without effort.

The great thing is, it only takes 20-30 minutes a day. Start investing a few hours a week.

I do not know one person who has made a body transformation and decided to go back.

A simple 30 minutes of my time a day boosts my confidence and makes me feel exponentially better about myself.  You should do the same.

Remember, the average lifespan is only 25550 days.

How important is money to you?

There is no secret that debt is depressing.

Maybe you’re realizing your life is nowhere near what you expected it to be financially 10 years ago.

Do you ever stop to analyze how you spend your money daily?

I spend a whole lot less when I pay attention to how much I am buying on a daily basis.

If debt is bringing you down, what are you doing to remove it?

Maybe you should invest a little bit of time everyday to start to pay it off, while simultaneously changing your spending habits.

Take some overtime, upgrade your career, or start a business.

Like I said it won’t happen overnight, but 365 consecutive days pile up real quick.

And of course remember, the average lifespan is only 25550 days…

In conclusion

Every day needs to be viewed as an opportunity.

If you are not going to bed ahead of where you woke up in life, you are cheating yourself and your future.

You may not care initially, but years stack up fast, and sooner or later your life will look depressing if you wasted all your time on immediate comforts.

I think everyone needs to read this. A lot of people go through life like it is this limitless entity, but in reality our time here is genuinely short. How many times have you heard someone say “I just want today to be over” or “I can’t wait until next week”? It’s maddening that people waste their precious life time on a job they hate, with people they hate, doing things they hate. As I get older, time seems to just fly by, so I’m going to live in the moment and pack so many things into each day at the end it will be like I lived two lifetimes :).

Great read!

Hey Eric, I feel you forsure! We definitely take our time on this planet for granted. The thing is we have even fewer years before we have kids and obligations that stop us from pursuing our dreams.

    No more wasted days!
